If you are a current customer, you already have an iClassPro account and email associated with your enrolment.

You must use the same email that you enrolled with.

When you click the link below, it will take you to the iClassPro website. Use the steps below to help you.

1. Click this link -> https://app.iclasspro.com/portal/musiclessonsalbany

2. If prompted, the organisation code is musiclessonsalbany, if not, continue.

 

3. Click "Click to begin"

​

4. Click login and select "yes I am a customer"

​

5. Click "forgot password"

​

6. Enter your email to send your verification code to.

​

7. Check your email for your verification code and enter it.

​

8. Create a password

​

9. Once logged in, near the top of the screen you will see payments under the account header. Click this.

​

10. If there is an outstanding amount click make payment and enter your preferred payment method.

​

11. If there is no outstanding amount click the add payment method in the stored payment information to setup your recurring billing for September 1st.
